Back to the Basics - 7 Insights on Healing Back Pain

While driving across country I felt a stabbing pain in my back that later extended to my left leg and got worse as time went on. A visit to the chiropractor helped somewhat but I was still far from better. I couldn’t figure out what was going on with my body. I had just spent the last few years recovering from an excruciating jaw/TMJ issue—and now this? 


I tried epidural injections, trigger point therapy, different medications and even stem cell therapy, but nothing worked. With persistence, I finally found the answers I was looking for, and they were simpler than I ever imagined. 


BackBreaker shares the lessons I learned, the wisdom I found, and the healing I ultimately received by going BACK TO THE BASICS.

Jill was raised in Miami, Florida in a small loving family. At an early age, she developed an interest in health and wellbeing. Jill has been a practicing Occupational Therapist since 1993. She is also the author of Jawbreaker: TMJ, A Journey of Healing and 12 Lessons Learned. 


Jill is passionate about sharing the story of her battle with two medical issues that occurred

back-to-back in hopes of touching others in similar situations. She offers hope and inspiration to never give up and to keep searching until you find what you are looking for!


Jill is a graduate of Miami Dade, Florida State University and Texas Woman's University in Houston Texas.
